For sales teams planning for finalist presentations.  Fully customized to contain elements of goal clarification, examination of competition, strategic problem-solving and presentation planning.

Skills Workshops

For groups of salespeople or associates who work together on a consistent basis.       Fully customized to contain a variety of skill development including provoking client dialogue through powerful questioning and active listening, persuasive positioning, personal branding, managing resistance and negotiating. 

Team Dynamics Workshops

For sales teams who want to explore the dynamics among team members including the leader in the spirit of optimal performance.  Fully customized to contain a variety of activities to encourage genuine collaboration including crafting vision and/or mission statements, establishing rules of engagement, exploring the culture on the team, strategic problem solving, team goal setting and more.

 

Individuals:

Our experience shows us that individual coaching produces the biggest opportunity for return on investment.  We work with individual sales contributors, executives, practice leaders and sales managers. 

Sales Coaching

For individual salespeople who are either sole-practitioners or members of a sales team.  Topics may be prescribed or non-prescribed based on client needs and may contain elements of self-awareness, client experience, Practice Management and/or Practice Expansion.  Can be in-person, via internet or via teleconference.

Pursuit Coaching

For individuals and groups for significant deals you are pursuing and can benefit from having a sales coach to help you win.  Our sales coaches work with a lead salesperson and the team on pursuit strategy, skills execution and overcoming barriers to closing the deal.  Can be in-person, via internet, or teleconference.

Executive Coaching

For sales executives and team leaders.  Topics are typically non-prescribed and coaching experience may contain elements of self awareness, communication skills mastery and various leadership practices.  Can be in-person, via internet or via teleconference.
